LOVE chocolate chip cookies, but hate how guilty you feel afterwards?
These 3-ingredient chocolate chip oat cookies are the healthiest cookies I’ve found so far and… SUPER duper easy to make. I timed these cookies over and over again and each time, from start to finish, took approximately fifteen to twenty minutes. Not even kidding. Fifteen minutes to whip the ingredients together, pop them in the oven, and enjoy these soft, creamy cookies.
I’m going to warn you right away, the texture is different. It’s a soft, chewy, banana tasting cookie. I loveeee them. Not to mention, I love the fact that I can “snack” all day and not feel one ounce of guilt for indulging in the chocolatey oat goodness.
I try to be as healthy as I possibly can, but some days are for snacking. And chocolate. Anyone else have those days where all you want is chocolate? Daily struggle over here!
The best part about this cookie is: as long as you have the banana and oat ingredients combined as shown below, you can add any mix-ins you’d like! I saw another recipe on Pinterest that called for white chocolate chips and craisins… OK YUM! I love Pinterest solely for that reason – delicious (& healthy) recipes.
Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
