This easy berry smoothie is packed with essential vitamins and antioxidants needed to fuel your body (and your day). In my house, we drink smoothies for breakfast and an afternoon snack. My 20-month-old daughter begs for her own cup of smoothie every time she hears the blender. The crazy part is she will drink as much as I give her, so I know it’s the perfect refreshment for the whole family!

Last weekend, Deklyn and I were introduced to a blueberry picking patch by one of my best friends, so we picked FOUR pounds of blueberries to bring home! (I think the most fun was the actual picking.) While I was picking and filling my bucket by the minute, I noticed Deklyn accumulated none – she was picking her blueberries and immediately eating them. Hey, I won’t complain. What better way to use them than to make super easy and super delicious smoothies AND have enough for the entire Summer? If you have any baking ideas for tons of blueberries, leave me a comment at the bottom, I’d love to make some goodies for my family!
